With our clinical knowledge, scientific insights and feedback from the field, we understand clinicians’ ongoing struggles and unmet medical needs.

As BD moves into the future and drives toward the 2025 vision to grow, simplify and empower, the Medical Affairs team has become an integral partner to the business enabling BD to better define and inform business strategy and decision making, and develop product value propositions that improve patient outcomes and optimize care while improving healthcare delivery, efficiencies and cost.

What does this mean for you?

In Medical Affairs, you will join an agile team of internal and external-facing medical and scientific leaders who represent the real-world clinal needs of patients and the entire healthcare community and identify opportunities for patient care improvements. You will be involved in data analysis, evidence generation and product innovation, and leverage the insights to influence healthcare professionals and other decision-makers on the safe and effective use of BD products.

This means various opportunities to engage in peer-to-peer scientific dialogue and scientific exchange activities, as well as develop yourself during leading advisory boards and discussions with the healthcare community and professional societies. All of that, to deliver sustainable results and provide Medical Affairs with the ability to pursue value-generating opportunities.
