Position Summary:

MMS Infusion is looking for a SW Engineer who has passion for learning, developing high quality, customer focused and impactful SW products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code. Applying software engineering and architecture best practices.
• Running ACAS vulnerability scans
• Reviewing Windows/Linux, SQL, network/applications STIGs, DoD Security
• Automate and Streamline Vulnerability Management
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies
• Perform vulnerability/risk assessment analysis on a regular basis
• Drive to a team culture that values quality, robustness, and scalability while fostering innovation.
• Work in a scrum-based agile development process that plans and builds features targeted to a release.
• By applying an agile mindset, fosters the incremental delivery of value by the team and directly supports the grooming, refinement, development, and testing activities of the team as-a-whole through the collaboration and collective definition of story acceptance criteria.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or relevant field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience building enterprise-quality software products.
• Designing and building web-based applications in cloud and hybrid platforms.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, and defense-in-depth.
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to perform in fast paced, multiple global team agile environment.
• Experience in applying microservices design principles, event driven architecture.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• "Self-starter" attitude and the ability to make decisions independently.
• Hands on Experience in
  • Technical background in Microsoft server operating systems, AD, networking, and SQL databases
  • Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus .
  • Proficient in PowerShell with the ability to automate tasks
  • Ability to read and understand Standard Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and use the information to generate technically sound mitigation statements
  • Familiarity with C# .NET, React 
• Deployment environments & Platforms - K8S, Docker, Azure, or AWS cloud environment
• Secure Development practices & Code Quality – SonarQube, White source
• Working in regulated environment or Medical SW is a big plus.
• Knowledge of CI\CD toolchain - Github, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform
