Summary
ASM Clinical works under supervision of Medical Affairs Manager to execute marketing plans for assigned products/brands in accordance with country regulations and company policies. Responsible for conducting field visits and clinical meetings as per defined norms. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.
Responsibility
• Work closely with sales team and distributors to ensure timely implementation of approved strategies, tactics and action plan.
• Organize seminars, workshops, product demonstrations and exhibitions to create awareness among healthcare professionals regarding products.
• Prepare promotional material like posters, banners, brochures etc. for events.
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements while promoting products.
• Identify tender/rate contract opportunities and follow up for their conversion.
• Gather feedback on products from end users and pass on the same to Marketing Department for further action.
• Achieve targeted sales through personal contacts with key opinion leaders, influencers and through education.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor distribution network, customer service and adherence to promotion code.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with distributors and customers.
• Assist Sales Team in implementing special projects like Nurses’ Day celebration, Breast Cancer Awareness Month, World Diabetes Day etc.
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare industry
• Knowledge of medical devices preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient computer skills
