The Clinical Application Specialist plays a critical role in supporting BD Biosciences’ platforms by delivering expert-level technical assistance, training, and customer engagement. This role ensures optimal instrument performance, drives product adoption, and enhances customer satisfaction through hands-on support and collaboration with commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site troubleshooting and technical support for BD Biosciences instruments and assays.

• Conduct pre- and post-sales training for BD staff, distributors, and end users.

• Collaborate with Account Managers during sales calls, acting as a technical consultant.

• Perform product demonstrations and present seminars to various stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for product platforms.

• Provide emergency support and flexible availability based on business needs.

• Maintain proficiency in instrument functionality and assay troubleshooting.

• Collect customer insights to inform sales strategies and product development.

• Regularly update Salesforce Dot Com (SFDC) with customer interactions and activities.

• Uphold BD’s policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
