About the role
As aClinical Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing clinical expertise and support to drive business success across Belgium. Thisnational rolerequires a deep understanding of BD’s clinical services, products, and strategic care areas. You will leverage your knowledge to advance sales opportunities by preparing, presenting, and demonstrating clinical aspects of our solutions always tailored to customer needs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge clinical insight with commercial execution, ensuring our offerings deliver real value to healthcare providers.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Provide scientific and clinical expertise to support both internal teams and external customers.
- Partner with the marketing team to enhance and align clinical tools that bring our strategy to life.
- Clearly demonstrate how our products fit into diverse clinical practices and settings.
- Monitor competitor activity to help the sales team highlight our unique value propositions.
- Build and nurture a strong Key Opinion Leader network across strategic areas like Oncology, Anesthesia, and Intensive Care.
- Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and influencers within hospitals.
- Serve as the clinical expert on the team, offering guidance and insights that drive success.
- Collaborate with European and international colleagues to design, adapt, and implement impactful programs in the region.
About you
- Hold a nursing degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring experience from the medical devices industry, ideally with infusion pumps or similar patient care equipment.
- Candidates transitioning from hospital or healthcare provider roles into the industry are welcome.
- Fluent inFrench, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills able to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value and results.
