In our BD IT team, we deliver effective and innovative technologies that help us to keep our entire business running day to day. Our aim is to provide the tools, systems, insights and protection for BD associates to efficiently do their work.

About the role

As the Manager of ERP Business Transformation Data Readiness, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy to manage the critical data required for the new system. You will lead a team to identify, organize, and prepare this data for the transition.

Your duties include ensuring the current data is clean and accurate, converting it to align with the new system’s design, and establishing procedures for extracting and validating the data. You will also oversee the data's accuracy and assist in planning each phase of the transition to the new system.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Clean, verify, and convert data to fit the new system design.
  • Establish data extraction and validation procedures and participate in data collection.
  • Build and track KPI dashboards to ensure data readiness before go-live and measure business success post-implementation.
  • Assist in preparing and executing the implementation plan, including testing and post-go-live support.
  • Conduct data reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with data migration to enable the deployment of large ERP programs.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional, matrixed teams.
  • Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or other ERP systems.
  • English proficiency required
