• Apply project management tools to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Develop and deliver high-impact presentations and reports to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across supply chain, finance, operations, logistics, and other departments to align and execute improvement efforts.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, and Lean Six Sigma activities to drive engagement and innovation.
• Steer and coordinate project teams, ensuring alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Expand and embed the BD Excellence culture by animating the EMEA BD Excellence community, delivering targeted training and coaching, and serving as a regional ambassador to inspire and align teams around Lean principles and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in continuous improvement and/or supply chain roles.
• Hands-on experience with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools, including Kaizen facilitation, preferably supported by certification in relevant fields.
• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communicator with strong influencing skills; experienced in presenting business cases and leading steering committees.
• Curiosity or practical experience with automation and AI technologies to enhance supply chain performance.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Growth mindset and adaptability to change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Proficiency in Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and performance tracking.
