Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

The Commercial Program Manager leads the commercial execution of Pyxis APHP tender and develops their assigned portfolio within the territory. This individual maximizes business opportunities, ensures timely order processing, and aligns cross-functional stakeholders to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) defined in customer contracts.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Execution Supervision: Ensure and lead the commercial execution of Pyxis APHP tender, aligning with strategic objectives and contractual obligations. Maximize the value and scope of customer agreements by identifying and leveraging business opportunities.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, customer success, marketing, finance, supply chain, and services to ensure seamless execution and adherence to SLAs.

  • Order Management: Ensure timely receipt and processing of purchase orders (POs) to support smooth deployment and consistent revenue recognition throughout the year.

  • Team Coordination: Indirectly lead the dedicated team responsible for installation and after-sales service, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to tender execution, order fulfillment, and service delivery.

  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact commercial delivery or SLA compliance.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales required, master’s degree an asset

  • Proven experience in commercial program management, tender execution, or strategic account management in Capital Equipment in the healthcare Industry

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of healthcare procurement services and public sector contracts.

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Sales techniques and project management skills.

  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
