職務概要:
広島県を中心としたエリアにおいて、医療機関向けに医療消耗品、特に安全器材の提案営業を行います。既存顧客との関係強化を図りながら、新規顧客開拓にも積極的に取り組み、売上目標達成を目指します。
主な職務:
* 担当エリアにおける医療機関(病院、クリニック等)への訪問、製品情報提供、デモンストレーション、提案活動
* 既存顧客との良好な関係構築と維持、顧客ニーズの把握
* 新規顧客開拓のための戦略立案と実行
* 製品に関する技術的な問い合わせへの対応
* 見積書作成、価格交渉、契約締結
* 売上目標達成に向けた活動計画の策定と実行
* 市場動向、競合情報等の収集と分析
* 社内関連部署(マーケティング、学術、ロジスティクス等)との連携
* 営業活動に関するレポート作成と提出
応募資格:
* 大卒以上
* 医療業界における営業経験(3年以上)
* 普通自動車運転免許
* 基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* コミュニケーション能力、プレゼンテーション能力
* 積極性、行動力、問題解決能力
* 英語力(あれば尚可)
