■職務詳細

* 担当エリア(大阪府、奈良県)の医療機関における抗がん薬曝露対策製品群の販売
* 担当施設との信頼関係構築と維持、キーパーソンとの良好なコミュニケーション
* 製品デモンストレーション、プレゼンテーション、ハンズ・オントレーニングの実施
* 顧客ニーズの把握と、ニーズに合わせたソリューション提案
* 競合他社製品情報の収集と分析
* 社内関連部署(マーケティング、カスタマーサービス等)との連携
* 売上目標達成に向けた活動計画の策定と実行
* 市場動向、競合情報、顧客ニーズ等の情報収集と分析
* 顧客への技術的なサポートとトレーニング
* 営業報告書の作成と提出
* 各種イベント、学会への参加

閉鎖式薬物移送システム(CSTD)は、抗がん剤など、医療従事者や患者さん、そのご家族の健康にも影響を及ぼす恐れのあるハザーダス・ドラッグを、安全に取り扱い、曝露を防ぎながら適切に患者さんに投与するためのものです。

BDは、1994年の「BD ファシール システム」 誕生以来、「Nothing in & Nothing out(入れない、出さない)」をコンセプトに、閉鎖性、無菌性、安心を追求してきました。日本では、医療従事者の安全性向上を目指し、新たに「BD ファシール™ オプティマ システム」を2024年11月より発売し、CSTDのパイオニアとして職業性曝露対策の啓発活動を行っております。進化したCSTDである同製品を通じて、医療現場の安全性と効率化に貢献し、「明日の医療を、あらゆる人々に™」というパーパスの実現を追求していきます。
