About the role

The Commercial Excellence Analyst will be responsible for analysing commercial data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize commercial processes.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse sales and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and implement best practices to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Support the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize sales processes and tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform commercial strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on market and competitive dynamics.
  • Evaluate and improve commercial processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of commercial processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance sales and commercial capabilities.
  • Support the onboarding and development of new sales team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales teams to drive performance improvement.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Excellence Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience in the medical devices sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and commercial processes and best practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
