Responsibilities
- Lead clinical field activities by leveraging professional clinical knowledge
- Deliver the product’s value proposition to customers through organizing various promotional activities
- Facilitate and coordinate external events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars) to maximize outcomes
- Develop and manage KOL relationships to strengthen market leadership
- Analyze the market using intelligence and data collected through market research
- Develop marketing strategies and implement them in the team’s actions
- Execute financial planning and strategically analyze supply status to ensure operational excellence and customer centricity
- Coordinate business processes across shared functions
- Actively communicate with global and regional marketing teams to align strategic direction and secure the necessary resources
- Complete assigned tasks as projects under team management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience required; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop effective marketing and sales strategies
- Strong drive to plan and execute actions effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
- Conversational in English preferred
