MMS Field Service Engineer


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of designated equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications, as well as managing repair parts cycle times efficiently. Additionally, the candidate will provide technical support for equipment application, including drawing review and efficiency calculations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair on designated equipment.
  • Complete Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Order and manage repair parts cycle times.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer service logs and internal service records.
  • Communicate daily with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment.
  • Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
  • Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals, and system sales.
  • Collaborate with the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
  • Provide technical support for equipment application, including drawing review and efficiency calculations.
  • Adhere to current quality and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field service engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
