Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management:

  • Liaise with regional teams for product delivery, ensuring timely and quality planning.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and manage the entire supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Ensure accurate and timely tracking of shipments from abroad, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Distributor Management:

  • Plan inventory levels to match sales forecasts and market demand.
  • Influence distributor direction to align with IMS (Inventory Management System) and trade plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure effective trading practices.
  • Develop and implement distributor management strategies to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of distributor performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with distributors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Other Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leads to plan inventory and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the commercial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide regular reports on commercial performance, including sales forecasts, market analysis, and supply chain efficiency.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of inventory insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure all commercial activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement internal processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and healthcare industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
