As Business Development Manager reporting to our Sales Manager, you’ll operate across our Critical Care portfolio to support the implementation of our Iberia marketing strategy related to the UCC Portfolio, focused to Acute Care solutions and Urine Management.Job Description

Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is an established and trusted partner in urinary healthcare, developing complete solutions which optimize the urine drainage process in the Acute Care Hospital setting.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Identify Business Opportunities: Explore new markets and establish relationships with KOLs around urine management market.
- See, Sell and Serve implementing the activities to ensure the business, launch properly the innovative solutions and making the business sustainable.
- Following and implementing the salesforce.com guidance.
- Develop and implement strategies with EMEA Marketing team and Market development Manager to accelerate the implementations of Acute products.
- Organize and lead clinical session to demonstrate BD portfolio around Acute Care.
- Collaborate with Clinical Specialist to ensure and implement the right protocols around urine management, working and training at all HCPs involved on Urine Management.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- 3 years of experience working in sales and clinical medical devices companies.
- Proven track to work in a sophisticated environment with a multitude of geographically spread partners.
- Experience on incontinence business or urine management is a plus.
- High level of English.
