The Technical Service Analytics and Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading the technical service analytics team to leverage data and intelligence in driving service excellence. This role involves the development, implementation, and oversight of analytics strategies to optimize service performance, improve customer satisfaction, and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Analytics Strategy: Develop and implement analytics strategies to support technical service operations and business objectives.

• Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of service data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Performance Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Intelligence Gathering: Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to inform service strategies.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into wider business processes.

• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on analytical insights.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, data management, or related roles.

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.

• Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Python, R, Tableau).

• Accustomed to applying excellent communication while presenting initiatives to higher leadership.

• Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Knowledge of diagnostic industry best practices and emerging trends in medical devices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field.

• Experience in technical service or customer facing service environments.

• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence methodologies.

• Certification in data analytics or business intelligence.
