Join our Source to Contract Operations team as a Sourcing Specialist! Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you'll manage bidding and contract activities across multiple sites, supporting Global Procurement Categories and business functions. Your role includes executing RFx events, contract management, compliance reporting, and supplier assessments. You'll also contribute to cost savings and value targets while ensuring seamless operations within the team. Main responsibilities will include:
- The SourcingSpecialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders for assigned categories and/or sites, and handles a wide range of two-way communication with and in support of site procurement that arises in the course of bidding and contracting execution, while demonstrating close collaboration and alignment with category and sourcing managers at the global or regional level.
- Bidding and Auction Execution (70%)
- Contracts Administration (including category activity, if applicable) (20%)
- Contract and/or category strategy compliance reporting, as needed (10%)
About you
- We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional with a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate a foundational understanding of category management, strategic sourcing, bid coordination, and supplier collaboration.
- Familiarity with purchasing principles and basic cost management practices is expected.
- Good working knowledge of Excel (using formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis), strong organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset are important.
