Job Description Summary

The Senior Manager, Procurement Programs & Analytics is a dynamic, hands-on leader responsible for driving critical initiatives and operational excellence across procurement program management, business analytics, talent development, early career programs, digital transformation, and functional communications. This role manages a team of analysts and program managers, providing direction, coaching, and support, ensuring seamless delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive operational excellence, functional governance, and digital transformation across the procurement organization.

Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Directly managing and developing a high-performing team of analysts and procurement program managers.
• Leading the design and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure accountability and compliance.
• Coordinating business analytics support for multiple Business Units, ensuring their needs are met while fostering the growth and development of the analytics team.
• Providing strategic oversight for procurement training, talent development, and early career programs, in partnership with HR and Procurement Leadership Team.
• Championing digitalization and process optimization, using data-driven insights to inform procurement strategy and decision-making.
• Shaping and completing functional communications to elevate procurement’s brand and collaborator engagement.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on team leadership, collaborator partnership, and measurable impact across all areas of procurement program management.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field; master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, program management, or related functions. Experience managing and developing teams of analysts and program managers.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Demonstrated success in digital transformation and change management.
• Experience in a global or matrixed organization.

Salary range for this role 270000 PLN- 290000 PLN
