With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
About the role
Lead a team of 4 and drive over $25M in revenue, owning strategic marketing and business development for MMS in the Western Hub.
You’ll shape and implement 1–3 year go-to-market strategies, pricing plans, and growth initiatives. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership across marketing, solution design, sales enablement, and data-driven optimization.
You’ll partner closely with sales, influence cross-functional teams, and lead key initiatives. A strong focus on customer messaging, KOL engagement, and market access will be essential. Bring your expertise in branding, product management, and marketing execution to build impact across the region.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Drive Growth and Marketing Strategy: Establish and lead marketing programs to activate and operationalize the MMS strategy in the Western Hub.
- Innovate for Competitive Advantage: Identify and implement innovative solutions and services that differentiate the business in the market.
- Optimize Financial and Business Performance: Ensure marketing efforts contribute to financial goals and overall business success.
- Lead Product and Solution Launches: Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and solutions.
- Generate Market Insights: Use research and analytics to inform strategic marketing and product development decisions.
- Manage Marketing Communications: Collaborate with EMEA Marketing to execute brand-aligned communication plans, events, and campaigns.
- Enhance Proposal and Tender Strategies: Develop effective processes for winning business through compelling proposals and tender responses.
- Support Market Development Initiatives: Contribute to market shaping and development opportunities to expand business potential.
- Lead and Develop Teams: Manage and grow a high-performing team, including direct reports and cross-functional commercial teams.
- Collaborate on Commercial Strategy: Work closely with Business Development on managed services and bids, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
About you
- Extensive Healthcare Proven Experience: Minimum 8 years in marketing/business roles within healthcare, including exposure to managed services.
- Medical Device or Life Sciences Expertise: At least 3 years in product or market management within the medical device or life sciences sector.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or postgraduate marketing qualification preferred.
- Team Leadership in Matrix Organizations: Proven experience leading teams and managing managers in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic agility and analytical skills to drive marketing decisions and innovation.
- Omnichannel and Digital Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated success in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy execution.
- Change Leadership and Innovation: Acts as a change agent with a growth mindset, promoting new insights and driving transformation.
- Autonomous Execution and Flexibility: Results-driven, action-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal direction.
- Communication skills : English, Dutch and or French
