    About the role

    As MMS Controller EMEA you will you will play a vital role in effectively implementing our financial strategies across the EMEA region. This outstanding opportunity enables you to collaborate closely with our regional teams to stimulate growth and profitability, guaranteeing that our financial operations are exceptionally efficient and effective!

    Main responsibilities will include:

    • Define the overall financial strategy of the business for EMEA in collaboration with the EMEA VP GM.
    • Collaborating with Country Business Leaders and regional teams to implement financial strategies.
    • Driving sales and OIBT growth at both country and regional levels.
    • Monitor key business drivers (KDG) and Provide fact-based business partnering.
    • Leading projects to drive incremental value for the region/business.
    • Developing and implementing Value Based Pricing strategies. Evaluating Price related risks and opportunities and to set priorities
    • Ensuring accurate financial reporting and optimizing the MMS Balance sheet.
    • Collaborating with Supply Chain to reduce E&O and improve cash flow.

    Planning process:

    • Collaborating with MMS Leadership Teams in the development of the annual Business Plan and mid/long term Strategic, Operational and Financial Plans
    • Preparing and validating quarterly forecasts and Monitoring Financial Performance
    • Working with BU Leadership team to take corrective actions to address any gaps
    • Analysing and assess risk and opportunities as well as mitigation plans to achieving goals and use as input into fact based decision support.
    • Co-ordinate the preparation of major capital expenditure projects. Develop payback and IRR/MIRR calculations

    Reporting process:

    • Leading all aspects of the financial Planning Processes.
    • Responsible for all aspects of WW & Regional Reporting including Preparation, working closely with and leveraging allocated BP&A resource
    • Ensure effective flow of information within the Business, EMEA, and WW organisations.
    • Developing and implementing accounting policies and practices.
    • Liaise with Ernst & Young for all audit and control related items during the quarterly and annual external audit.

    About you

    Proven financial leadership skills, combined with a strong background in working closely with business partners. Your ability to drive financial performance and implement strategies will be vital to succeed in this position. We are seeking someone who has:

    • A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Accounting certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred
    • Extensive experience in financial management, preferably within a multinational company.
    • Ability to determine and articulate a long-range vision and strategy.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights.
    • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills.
    • A track record of successfully leading financial projects and initiatives.
    • Proficiency in financial reporting and forecasting.
    • Ability to navigate complex business environments and influence decision-making.
    • Experience in pricing strategy development and implementation.
    • Solid understanding of financial regulations and standard methodologies.
    • Ability to determine and mitigate financial risks effectively.
