The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Medication Delivery Solutions (MDS) business through key marketing processes.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to start their marketing career in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will develop essential skills in marketing execution, communication, and business operations—building a strong foundation for professional growth.

The Marketing Coordinator will be highly collaborative, working closely with the sales team, marketing team, and shared services business partners. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, keen attention to detail, and a flexible, proactive approach.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Collateral Management

  • Manage translation, copy approval, printing, and updates within relevant systems.
  • Translation, copy approval, printing, and updates/maintenance of marketing and sales content.
  • Manage regional marketing content and collateral approval workflows.
  • Coordinate marketing spend invoices and track against budget.
  • Manage and oversee the content management system.

Event Coordination

  • Maintenance of national conference calendar.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, including inventory and supply management.
  • Assist with tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Support webinar communications and logistics.
  • Organize logistics for events, advisory boards, and other customer-facing activities.

General Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team.  
  • Sample coordination as required.
  • MDS Brand Ambassador.
  • Product Activation/Discontinuation Coordination.
  • MDS BD.com Updates and Maintenance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience required:

  • University Degree required

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a true team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High drive for results and a proactive, ambitious mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and high level of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or Science background.
  • Prior experience supporting Marketing a strong asset.
  • Experience with digital marketing an asset
  • Working knowledge with SAP, JD Edwards (JDE), or other similar ERP, and Salesforce.com.
  • Bilingual French and English (read, write, speak) an asset.

Our salary or hourly rate rangesrewardassociates fairly and competitively. We regularly review these ranges and factors, such as location, contributeto the range displayed.

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered isdeterminedby therole'sspecific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the worklocationwhich may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information$30.40- $50.66 CADHourly.
