Le rôle de Leader bilingue en apprentissage clinique et performance (CLPL)basé dans notre centre de formation à Québec, est un membre clé de l’équipe des Services de Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Canada. Ce poste joue un rôle essentiel dans la conception, la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation de programmes novateurs d’apprentissage et de performance destinés aux associés MMS et aux clients à travers le Canada. Relevant du gestionnaire principal, Déploiement des solutions, le CLPL agit comme expert en matière d’éducation des adultes et collabore de manière interfonctionnelle afin d’aligner les stratégies d’apprentissage sur les objectifs organisationnels. En favorisant l’excellence dans le transfert des connaissances, le développement des compétences et l’atteinte de résultats mesurables, ce rôle assure la préparation à l’adoption des produits et contribue au succès des initiatives stratégiques à l’échelle nationale. 

Responsabilités:

Gestion des programmes de formation: 

  • S’aligne avec la direction pour orienter le développement des supports pédagogiques et des programmes de formation. 
  • Collabore avec l’équipe de direction du déploiement des solutions et d’autres parties prenantes afin d’identifier les normes, les objectifs de performance et les besoins éducatifs. 
  • Développe et met en œuvre des stratégies pour répondre aux besoins par la formation, le mentorat et la fourniture de rétroactions favorisant l’amélioration continue. 
  • Collabore avec les équipes Marketing, R&D et autres afin d’aligner les stratégies commerciales et de formation, en garantissant la mise en place rapide des formations pour les nouveaux produits. 
  • Participe aux activités de préparation des lancements de produits et facilite les évaluations des flux de travail pour favoriser l’adoption des produits. 

Développement des associés: 

  • Assure l’intégration spécifique au rôle pourles nouvelles recrues et coordonne les parcours d’apprentissage.  
  • Sert de liaison avec les associés sur les projets liés à la formation et agit comme mentor pour les nouveaux employés. 
  • Utilise des compétences en consultation pour comprendre les objectifs des clients et proposer des solutions optimales. 
  • Soutient l’équipe de direction dans la mise en œuvre des plans de remédiation des associés par le coaching, la formation, l’évaluation et la rétroaction en temps opportun. 

Animation et gestion des formations: 

  • Évalue l’impact des nouveaux produits sur les flux de travail et crée les supports pédagogiques appropriés. 
  • Anime des sessions de formation en présentiel ou virtuelles en utilisant des méthodologies variées. 
  • Développe des supports de cours et réalise des analyses des besoins pour assurer l’amélioration continue. 
  • Gère les inscriptions aux cours et fournit des rétroactions sur les programmes éducatifs. 

Relations d’affaires et alignment: 

  • Soutient les initiatives stratégiques ayant un impact interfonctionnel et assure des communications professionnelles. Encadre et inspire l’équipe en reconnaissant les réussites et en fournissant des rétroactions constructives.

Éducation et Expérience requise:

  • Diplôme universitaire en éducation ou en Infirmièr(e) autorisé(e), ou titre de technicien(ne) en pharmacie autorisé(e) (RPhT), combiné à une expérience en automatisation pharmaceutique ou en systèmes de gestion des médicaments. 
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en conception, animation et développement de programmes de formation. 
  • Solide compréhension des principes d’apprentissage des adultes et des méthodologies pédagogiques.

Connaissances et Compétences requises:

  • Être bilingue en français et anglais (lu, parle, écrit) afin de communiquer avec les collègues et soutenir nos clients basés au Québec en français. 
  • Doit posséder et maintenir un permis de conduire valide et un dossier de conduite vierge depuis au moins 3 ans, ainsi que satisfaire aux normes de sécurité automobile de BD. 
  • Connaissance des principes d’apprentissage des adultes, des méthodologies de conception pédagogique et du développement de programmes de formation. 
  • Compréhension des cadres de gestion du changement et des stratégies favorisant l’adoption de nouveaux flux de travail et technologies. 
  • Familiarité avec les processus d’affaires et les objectifs organisationnels pour aligner les initiatives de formation sur les priorités stratégiques. 
  • Capacité à interpréter du contenu technique et à le traduire en solutions pratiques adaptées aux besoins de l’entreprise. 
  • Maîtrise des outils et technologies pour la formation virtuelle et en présentiel, y compris les plateformes LMS et la création de contenu numérique. 
  • Compétences avérées en planification, mise en œuvre et évaluation de programmes de formation alignés sur les objectifs organisationnels. 
  • Expertise dans l’animation de sessions en présentiel et virtuelles, en utilisant des méthodologies variées et des présentations percutantes. 
  • Aptitude à établir des relations solides et à agir en tant que consultant pour comprendre les objectifs des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées. 
  • Capacité à concevoir des parcours d’intégration structurés, à encadrer et à coacher les associés pour assurer leur succès dans leur rôle. 
  • Compétences analytiques pour évaluer l’impact des formations, identifier les écarts et appliquer des stratégies basées sur les données pour une amélioration continue. 
  • Excellentes aptitudes en présentation, ainsi qu’en communication écrite et orale, favorisant des interactions professionnelles et un engagement efficace des parties prenantes. 
  • Capacité à influencer sans autorité formelle et à gérer des projets de petite envergure pour favoriser l’alignement et les résultats. 
  • Agilité et adaptabilité dans des environnements complexes et en constante évolution; fortes aptitudes en priorisation et en gestion multitâche. 

Qualifications souhaitées:

  • 5 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie des équipements médicaux, avec un accent sur l’automatisation pharmaceutique, la distribution ou les solutions d’infusion – souhaité. 
  • Expérience en dispositifs médicaux/équipements médicaux et en développement de programmes de formation – souhaitée. 

Environnement de travail:

  • Capacité à voyager au Canada et aux États-Unis jusqu’à 50 % ou plus, selon les besoins, incluant des visites chez les clients et dans les centres de formation (Canada : Québec, QC; Mississauga, ON | États-Unis : San Antonio, TX; San Diego, CA; Durham, NC.

The Bilingual Clinical Learning and Performance Leader (CLPL), based in our Training Facility in Québec City, is a key member of the Medication Management Solutions (MMS) Canada Services team. This role champions the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative learning and performance programs for MMS associates and customers nationwide. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Solution Deployment, the CLPL serves as a subject matter expert in adult education and collaborates across functions to align learning strategies with business objectives. By driving excellence in knowledge transfer, skill development, and measurable performance outcomes, this role ensures readiness for product adoption and supports the success of strategic initiatives across Canada.

Key responsibilities:

Training Program Management:  

  • Aligns with leadership to guide the development of educational materials and curriculum.   
  • Collaborates with Solution Deployment leadership team, and others, to identify standards, performance goals, and educational needs.  
  • Develops and implements strategies to address needs through education, mentorship, and providing feedback for continuous improvement.   
  • Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, and other teams to align business and training strategies, ensuring timely training for new products.  
  • Collaborates on readiness activities for product releases and facilitate workflow assessments to enhance product adoption.   

Associate Development: 

  • Provides role-specific onboarding for new hires, and coordinates learning pathways  
  • Liaises with associates on training-related projects and mentor new hires.   
  • Use consulting skills to understand customer goals and provide optimal solutions.   
  • Supports leadership team to action associate remediation through coaching, training, evaluation and timely feedback to associates and leadership.    

Training Delivery & Management: 

  • Collaborate\Assess the impact of new products on workflows and create educational materials.   
  • Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions using diverse methodologies.   
  • Develop course materials and conduct needs assessments for continuous improvement.   
  • Manage course registration and provide feedback on education programs.   

Business Relationships & Alignment: 

  • Supports strategic initiatives with cross-business impact and manage professional communications.   
  • Coach and inspire the team by recognizing successes and providing constructive feedback.   

Education and Experience required:

  • Bachelor's degree in education, nursing, or be a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT), with relevant pharmacy automation or medication management systems experience.
  • Minimum 3 years educating and development training. 
  • Familiarity with adult learning methodologies.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Fluency in French and English (read, speak, write) to communicate with colleagues, and to support our Quebec-based customers in French.  
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a past clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years; as well as meet BD's auto safety standards.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training program development.
  • Understanding of change management frameworks and strategies for supporting adoption of new workflows and technologies.
  • Familiarity with business processes and organizational goals to align training initiatives with strategic priorities.
  • Ability to interpret technical content and translate it into practical, business-aligned solutions.
  • Proficiency with tools and technologies for virtual and in-person training delivery, including LMS platforms and digital content creation.
  • Strong skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Expertise in delivering engaging in-person and virtual sessions using diverse instructional methodologies and impactful presentations.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and consult effectively to understand customer goals and provide tailored solutions.
  • Competence in designing structured onboarding and learning pathways; mentoring and coaching associates for role-specific success.
  • Analytical skills to assess training impact, identify gaps, and apply data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional presentation skills complemented by strong written and verbal communication, enabling professional interactions and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and manage small-scale projects to drive alignment and results.
  • Agility and adaptability in complex, fast-changing environments; strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.

Preferred qualifications 

  • 5 years in medical equipment industry, focusing on Pharmacy Automation, Dispensing, or Infusion solutions.
  • Experience in medical device/medical equipment and training program development.

Work Environment:

  • Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. up to 50% or more, as required, including visits to customer sites and training facilities (Canada: Québec, QC; Mississauga, ON | U.S.: San Antonio, TX; San Diego, CA; Durham, NC).

Our pay is based on the role and the necessary skills and education to perform it successfully. The salary or hourly rate offered isdeterminedby therole'sspecific requirements, including any applicable step rate pay system at the work location. Salary or hourly pay ranges are influenced by labor laws and Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) requirements applicable to the worklocationwhich may also affect the workplace arrangement of the role.

Salary Range Information: $69,000 - $119,000 CADAnnual
