This position can be based in any of the EMEA BD locations

The Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This strategic role orchestrates seamless customer experiences across both digital and physical touchpoints, working collaboratively with stakeholders at regional, global, and local levels.

The position drives standardization of omnichannel approaches throughout EMEA countries while ensuring adherence to the regional marketing communications operating model. Key responsibilities include establishing robust market intelligence processes, leveraging research insights to provide actionable recommendations, and implementing advanced data maturity frameworks that optimize digital platform performance.

This leader serves as the marketing technology expert, with particular emphasis on identifying and championing AI-powered and digital customer-facing applications that enhance customer experiences aligned with regional strategic objectives. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the marketing approval process and leading the omnichannel effectiveness team through coaching, performance management, and professional development initiatives.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Establishes digital strategy and capabilitieswithin EMEA, linking strategic requirements into the digital roadmap.
  • Improves EMEA Omnichannel efficiency by collaborating closely with regional, global, and local partners.
  • Expands Omnichannel capabilitiesincluding personalization to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manages Digital Programsand leads the transformation to a more digitally savvy business unit.
  • Centralized management of marketing materials approvalsensuring compliance and up-to-date collateral.
  • Creates Market Intelligence Processleveraging research and market models for actionable insights.
  • Coaches and develops marketing proficiencies within the team, ensuring strong collaboration and team spirit.

Preferred profile:

  • Minimum of 10 years of business/marketing experience in the medical devices/life sciences industry
  • Minimum of 5 years in product and/or marketing management.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Post-graduate Marketing qualification
  • Strong technical marketing acumen
  • Team leadership experience
  • Experience of working in a large matrix organization
  • Focused and committed, takes ownership of tasks and finishes them
  • Advanced level of Omni-channel Customer Engagement
  • Competent to translate organizational objectives to individual goals and prioritize with the customer focus
  • Ability to influence without authority, using relationships and networks within the BD matrix to influence strategies within the region, global and country level
  • 30-40% travel
