About the role:
In this role you will be critical to the success of the Medication Managment System (MMS) Community Hospitals sales organization. You will lead change, leverage your situational leadership skills and communicate effectively and with clarity. You will be responsible for travelling across a broad geography, coaching and developing a team with a new and evolving solution offering.
Key Responsabilities:
Responsible for sales leadership for all medication management solutions including dispensing, infusion and services
Provides leadership and guidance to sales executives and professional staff
Creates and executes comprehensive strategies to exceed Regional sales objectives
Creates and executes effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Has in-depth functional expertise and broad business knowledge, as well as deep territory knowledge and customer relationships
Develops value-added solutions that meet customer business needs and shares key learnings with others
Develops broad influence through a robust set of internal/external relationships across the organization; promotes win-win outcomes within, among and across teams, using the diverse perspectives of others to achieve results
Creates challenging roles and responsibilities to build organization capabilities and fill capability gaps
Creates and implements succession plans for managing talent within and from outside the organization
Makes decisions, often difficult and/or unpopular, that support the organization strategy; influences others to support the decisions

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree
At least 8 years of healthcare sales management experience
Must have dispensing and/or Infusion sales background
People management experience
Excellent planning, forecasting, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to travel 75% of time
Must reside in central or eastern time zone
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced Degree
- Community Hospitals/non-acute experience
