Main responsibilities will include:

• Administer incoming price complaints and questions from customers and the order management team for all Nordic countries.

• Upload and activate pricing in ERP systems (SAP and AS400) based on business requests and tender contract award information.

• Investigate pricing errors in ERP systems, contract management system (Salesforce.com), and SharePoint.

• Communicate with sales and account managers in all Nordic countries.

• Ensure internal pricing processes are followed.

• Identify root causes for pricing errors and develop long-term solutions.

• Continuously improve pricing data and processes, ensuring customer master data connected to contracts are correct.

• Perform other duties as required.

About You:

• Demonstrated good business knowledge.

• Strategic and analytical thinker.

• Strong interpersonal skills, able to work across countries and functions.

• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, with proficiency in the other language being a valuable asset.

• Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce.com.

• Knowledge of public procurement in the Nordic countries and experience with tender documents and contracts is a plus.
