BD Engineering Development Program

The Engineering Development Program (EDP) is our entry-level rotational program designed to provide a recent engineering graduate with the experiences, tools and support to meaningfully contribute to our new product development efforts and improve currently marketed products. The program consists of three 1-year rotations where the engineers experience a wide variety of work assignments from product feasibility to implementation in R&D and manufacturing environments. Our goal is to expose the EDP associates to the entire new product development process over the course of the program, which prepares them to join an R&D group as they exit the program and lead new product development projects.
