Job Description Summary
This position can be based in any of the EMEA BD locationsAs Customer Events and Marketing Coordinator you will provide support to the hub/country marketing teams in terms of organization and logistics of the customer events and meetings. In collaboration with regional and country teams, you will leverage standardized customer events “meeting in a box” materials and agendas.
You will act as a key contact point supporting customer and BD internal learning activities and works on marketing project with the rest of the marketing team.
The role provides administrative support to key marketing and portfolio activities.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Support and implement customer engagements/events
- Drive organization and logistics for customer events (incl. HCP compliance)
- Customer education (Tier 1), Webinars, Trade shows / events / roadshows / plant visits
- Create frameworks, processes, and tools to harmonize customer engagements.
- Leverage meeting in a box for standardized customer events developed centrally or local.
- Work closely with the EMEA Training team to support customer eLearning and internal learning activities.
- Coordinate marketing administrative tasks: track orders, registrations, meetings, and implement marketing plan.
- Support tracking and follow-up of events.
- Ensure compliance activities (Veeva, HEIPRA…)
Profil recherché:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing support, or similar role
- Experience in healthcare or medical device industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with event management software and marketing automation tools
- Familiarity with Veeva CRM and compliance systems preferred
