Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM)
BD Advanced Patient Monitoring is a global leader in advanced monitoring solutions that expands BD's portfolio of smart connected care solutions with its growing set of leading monitoring technologies, advanced AI-enabled clinical decision tools and robust innovation pipeline. BD Advanced Patient Monitoring's technologies are often used simultaneously with the BD Alaris™ Infusion System in the operating room or intensive care units. The combination of BD's new advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration by integrating combined company data sets and interoperability capabilities.
Main responsibilities will include:
Diagnose and resolve product issues using clinical and technical expertise
Guide healthcare professionals through system setup and integration
Provide accurate product information to internal and external customers
Document service requests and maintain records in enterprise systems
Coordinate repair activities and manage local service providers
Process transactions related to equipment replacement, loaners, and updates
Communicate service charges and assist with order processing
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
About you
Strong understanding of clinical environments in critical care settings
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical systems
Skilled in problem-solving, analysis, and clear communication
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively in a team
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3+ years of medical and technical experience
Fluency in English, Polish and German, (read, write, speak)
Salary range for the role: 10.000 PLN to 11.000 PLN per month +benefits
