Requirements

• Set up, operate, and clean manufacturing equipment following approved procedures and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitor product quality and maintain accurate documentation in batch control records
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform corrective actions, and notify the Shift Leader or Manufacturing Facilitator of any deviations
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Actively participate in Lean initiatives and support other production lines as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to understand written English and Spanish

Physical Demands

This role requires constant moving, lifting objects, continuous walking or standing.

Work Environment

Exposure to noise, odors, and dust. Potential for cuts from broken glass or burns from hot equipment.
