Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead, plan and coordinate the investigation that he/she is responsible of. 

• Responsibility to defines the best strategy to implement the sooner, first a containment, second to find the root cause and third to propose resolution to the issue. 

• Will have to document. 

• Process expertise as a reference to complex investigations. 

• Manage escalation of process improvement actions. 

• Responsible to standardize improvement across the network. 

• Communicate with customers on investigation progress and corrective actions. 

• Lead the implementation teams through or complaint resolution. 

Education and experience:

• B.S., M.S. in engineering, project management or other relevant discipline with min.

• 10-15 years of industrial experience.

• BD-PS PFS and ADDS product technical and value chain knowledge.

• Knowledge in pharma device or drug delivery industry is a plus.

• Scientific background with mechanical, industrial, physical or Chemical expertise.

• Experience / Background in investigation or root cause analysis.

Knowledge and skills:

• Knowledgeable in DMAIC or similar methodology. Six Sigma GB/ BB an asset.

• Structured mindset w/ planning skills (Proactivity / anticipation).

• Communication skills on complex technical topics.

• English is mandatory.
