Job Responsibilities

• Develop a foundational understanding of all AI offerings that are TGS managed to confidently provide suggestions to stakeholders for using already available out of the box tech where applicable, and shape requirements for custom prototypes/products when necessary. 
• Lead initial meetings with business partners to uncover needs, assess feasibility, and shape the direction of exciting new AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling business justifications for both existing AI capabilities and groundbreaking new technologies.
• Help identify, document, and prioritize customer requirements for both custom AI products and SaaS AI solutions.
• Support the development of detailed product specs and scopes that perfectly align with business objectives and address customer pain points.
• Assist in orchestrating product timelines and deliverables while working seamlessly with our AI development team and external partners.
• Support product development in a dynamic agile environment using cutting-edge tools like Planview, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Help plan and execute successful product launches that ensure exceptional quality and maximum value delivery.
• Develop strong connections with business stakeholders to understand their processes and propose AI solutions that drive meaningful improvements.
• Support the development of documentation and standards for innovative AI work types within our Technology & Global Services (TGS) operating system.
• Advocate for ethical AI principles across the organization through thoughtful stakeholder conversations and careful project scoping.
