The Consignment Inventory Control Coordinator (CICC) will be responsible for being the primary contact for assigned territories and districts. The CICC is responsible for Consignment and Trunk Stock Physicals and will schedule the physical, receive the completed scan, and resolve all outstanding variances, among other responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must follow and align with company policies and procedures, as applicable in the role.

  • Responsible to ensure inventory levels are accurate and appropriate according to service demand.

  • Coordinate, assist, and review assigned physical inventories with sales force to ensure accurate field inventory levels.

  • Participates during the physical and record control of consignment inventory, and others that may be assigned, to ensure a high level of inventory accuracy in different locations as per each unit’s count. Will travel to different locations as needed.

  • Collect, review, and file all pertinent documentation needed to complete the physical inventory process.

  • Analyzes and performs various transactions to adjust inventory levels, bill out sales orders, and facilitate replacement units.

  • Has constant and effective communication with sales force to maintain accurate field inventory level.

  • Work cross functionally with other departments to assist in meeting division’s field inventory goals, including Customer Service and Contracts.

  • Work directly with Territory Managers and Commercial Managers daily basis.

  • Assist the sales team with troubleshooting field inventory technology.

  • Completes with accuracy all transactions related to the proper maintenance and record keeping of inventory in charge in conformance to company’s policies, procedures and applicable regulations.

  • Analyzes, identifies, and notifies needs, issues and discrepancies related to inventory, as appropriate. This also applies in cases of product recalls, expiration dates and any malfunction or defect of the material available.

  • Complete other projects/responsibilities as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as directed by supervision.

Minimum Requirement

Education and/ or Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED required and Associate degree preferred

  • 2+ years of inventory operations or business process experience

  • Valid Driver's License

Additional Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written, reading, and oral)

  • Able and willing to travel locally and the USA mainland as needed.

  • Self-starter, motivated, enjoys a challenge

  • Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills

  • Knowledge of excel, word processing, and database software, with a Windows based environment required (JDE preferable)

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be in an open cubicle environment. Candidate must be able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
