Job Description Summary

The Product Manager/ Product Specialist for PAD and ESKD will be responsible for driving sale target and market development of Becton Dickinson's product portfolio in the areas of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) and End-Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Vietnam.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and accelerate the launch of new PAD products through build launch planning, KOL engagement, reimbursement navigation, procedural support, and customer education.
  • Build Marketing Plan and implement MKT activities to drive performance for in charge portfolios.
  • Facilitate technical transfer and product training, especially in provincial hospitals where physician experience with these technologies is limited.
  • Strengthen engagement with KOLs, Interventional Radiologists (IR), and Vascular Surgeons, ensuring effective product adoption and sustained usage.
  • Strengthen product differentiation, build customer value proposition and provide training for distributors and the sales team to deliver to customers.
  • Support territory expansion efforts and execute account-based strategies in line with our commercial roadmap.
  • Work closely regional Marketing Team, sales team and business partners to execute programs and drive IMS performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Achieve trade sales targets and objectives for the PAD and ESKD product lines.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest clinical guidelines and product knowledge.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of PAD and ESKD treatment options and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with multinational companies in the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with Becton Dickinson's product portfolio and business operations.

Working Conditions:

  • This position may require travel within Vietnam to meet with customers and attend industry events
