Job Description Summary

As part of our Global Customer Service (GCSi) team, the FSCA Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of Field Safety Corrective Actions across our international platforms, including Infusion, Pyxis, Cato, and ROWA. This role is responsible for coordinating FSCA projects from initial FAC meeting through to closure, supporting regional teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and compliant remediation.

We offer flexibility! This position can be filled either full-time or part-time, depending on individual arrangements and needs.

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.

This position is limited to 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Safety Corrective Action (FSCA) project coordination and execution of remediations from FAC meeting to closure for Infusion, Pyxis, Cato & ROWA.

  • Support regional Global Customer Service teams to enable execution of the FSCA to closure.

  • Provide input to the strategy for the remediation in collaboration with the platform, PMQ and the regional GCS leaders.

  • Training out of the FSCA actions to the regional GCS teams, where appropriate

  • Ongoing support of FSCAs and intervention and cross-functional escalation, where appropriate. 

  • Support reporting related to FSCAs.

  • Drive internal and external collaboration & engagement.

Expectations:

  • Previous work experience in a similar large matrix organisation.

  • Fluency in English, German is a plus.

  • Strong Microsoft Office, Excel skills.

  • Great stakeholder management and analytical skills.
