Role Overview: The Total Rewards Associate Director is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive Total Rewards framework that attracts, motivates, and retains employees in the SEA and ANZ markets. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards, Greater Asia, this role includes overseeing Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, and ensuring compliance with local market practices, business drivers, culture, and cost considerations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to the SEA and ANZ markets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits packages are aligned with industry standards, local regulations and BD''s rewards philosophy.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design sales incentive programs that drive business performance.
- Implement programs that promote work-life balance and support employees' overall well-being.
- Ensure all Total Rewards programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on Total Rewards metrics to senior management.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to plan and manage the HR budget for SEA & ANZ markets.
- Develop and manage recognition programs that celebrate employee achievements and foster a culture of appreciation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus
- 10+ years of total experience in Human Resources with minimum of 5 years' experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or related field
- Strong understanding of SEA and ANZ market practices and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment.
