*Supporting the department in different business-related tasks

Total Rewards

  • Perform wages and salaries analysis of the company in relation with the market study.
  • Participate in all internal or corporate activities related with compensations and benefits. 
  • Attention to audit when required.
  • Update Social Security manual annually and/or when required.
  • Keep control and update Organization Charts.
  • Manage the capture of movements for promotions or authorized temporality, verify that it has the requisition approved and within budget before making the capture in the fields that are affected so that it is correctly reflected in the counting of each department.
  • Manage and capture the salary changes, grade, supervisor, shift, business unit, area, Cognos, department, and fields that are being generated in the week to update the Human Resources system.
  • Generate the salary modifications in IMSS through IDSE system.
  • Send variable salaries to IMSS bimonthly.
  • Work on coordination with the person in charge of cost to maintain updated the Budget vs Forecast of the annual template of employees.
  • Perform salary analysis.
  • Responsible of the file of personnel movements due to salary change, promotion, request change, general salary change, PMP salary change and performance evaluation.
  • Once a candidate for new entry has been selected, make the job offer letter with prior authorization from the Human Resources Manager to be send to the selected candidate.
  • Responsible of managing data of PMP users.
  • Receive electronic wallet cards and perform the capture in the Human Resources system, organize them per business unit and shift for and easier distribution. Supports the personnel who lost their electronic wallet in the process to obtain a new card.
  • Perform and manage the BVR and submit it to the Finances area monthly.
  • Perform the provisions of the counts that applies monthly in coordination with the department of Accounting and Finances.
  • Perform and place the purchases orders or check requisition that are generated until their final process.
  • Perform the Annual Budget.
  • Manage GMM policies and Life Insurance.

JDE Administration

  • Receive employee’s trainings to be a JDE user and verify that the filling of the formats is correct in signatures and information.
  • Send the information to corporation to request the access code to the employees that will be users of the JDE system.
  • Inform Supervisor and/or employee that the access to JDE has been approved.
  • Fill the form to request the withdrawn of the JDE System accesses in cases of position changes, resignation, termination or withdrawn for any reason and send the notification to the I.T. service desks and JDE, verify the confirmation of the withdrawn processing.
  • Perform audits of the JDE user’s deactivation and communicate to the Human Resources and Finance Managements any anomaly in the withdrawn deactivation on a weekly and monthly form.
  • Submit the authorization from the user to provide scanner access to the I.T. Department.
  • File received documentation for audit purposes.

Immigration Permit Administration:

  • Maintain an updated list of American employee’s relationship of the company and of the personnel that requires migratory permits.
  • Annual renewal of the Employer Inscription Constancies of each of the foreigners annually.
  • Perform the migration process before the immigration permit expires, making the corresponding payment.
  • Perform the exchange of temporary permit for foreign employees newly hired by the FM3.
  • Notify the immigration office the discharge of the foreigner.
  • Notify the immigration office the foreign position changes.
  • Be updated in immigration laws changes.
  • Attend audit if necessary.
  • Keep immigration permit documentation properly filed.

Other responsibilities:

  • Establish improvement strategies in the Human Resources department process.
  • Comply with the delivery of the PMP.
  • Participate in the Human Resources and Communication meetings.
  • Cover positions within the department when necessary.
  • Participate in projects and events from the Department.
  • Apply company policies and help ensure compliance.
  • Maintain the 5’s.
  • Report any unsafe condition and keep zero accidents in your work area.
  • Responsible for the TRESS system.
  • Responsible for the Workday system.

Education and Experience:

Professional career completed, preferably.

2 years experience in similar position, preferably.

Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Knowledge of Federal Labor Law

Knowledge and Skills:

Proactive, self motivated.

Good communication skill.

Creative.

Assertiveness in their analysis.

Statistical knowledge

Language Skills:

Upper Intermediate
