The Global Marketing Product Manager is responsible for managing and driving growth of Value Segment portfolio and supporting the implementation of the Recode strategy:
Supports the Associate Director of Marketing and Senior Product Manager in the development and execution of the Global Marketing Plan and Global Launch Plans for Peripheral Intravenous Catheter (PIVC) product lines by supporting or conducting market analysis, competitive analysis and customer research
Demonstrates Marketing Acumen to conduct market assessment and provide strategic recommendation's as appropriate
Works with Regional Marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and tactical execution to meet key business objectives
Ensures market access for a group of PIVC products, addresses urgent quality and supply issues as well as driving a proactive agenda to improve quality and ensure supply by collaborating with cross functional teams ( R&D, Quality, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Operations )
Functions as the marketing representative for sustaining engineering , cost improvement and Recode Teams. May support cross-functional new product development teams
Ensures timely communication to appropriate marketing and sales personnel relating to promotional materials and development of effective sales aids and clinical education support materials.
Managing Product financial performance and demand /forecast process in coordination with the cross functional teams (SC/OPS/Finance)
Collaborating with other team members to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns as necessary
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
10-20% travel associated with the role
Minimal Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience including understanding of key principles of marketing such and market segmentation, competitive analysis, pricing strategy and customer needs identification.
Medical device or healthcare industry experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse and virtual teams.
