Job Description Summary

We’re seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives within the PIVC platform, and part of our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This high-impact role is central to driving excellence in sustaining engineering, material changes, quality improvements, and cost optimization.
As a key leader, you’ll collaborate across functions, influence without authority, and deliver strategic outcomes that directly impact executive-level priorities. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our operations while gaining visibility across the organization as a Scrum Team leader.
This position will report to the Senior Manager, VCE, with a dotted line to the platform PMO leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead milestone-based program planning, including daily standups, risk management, and visual planning tools.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to track team workload and optimize resource efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards throughout product development.
  • Drive timely, on-budget project execution using best-in-class project management practices.
  • Facilitate effective governance through structured core team meetings and reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Foster team alignment, morale, and commitment to shared goals.
  • Manage program budgets and resource allocations across multiple initiatives.
  • Deliver medium-scale, moderately complex projects focused on quality, sustainability, and cost reduction.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics to drive accountability.
  • Influence cross-functional and external partners without direct authority.
  • Balance timelines, budgets, quality, and customer expectations to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Use data to support decision-making in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, time management, and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Act as a change agent, championing innovation and improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Engineering required.
  • Graduate degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in project management, manufacturing, or continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across sites with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with all phases of the Design Control process and change management.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing process validation (FAI/FAT, IQ/OQ/PQ).

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile certification.
