Job Summary

We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven professional to lead our Marketing Operations function for SM in Singapore. This role is central to translating commercial strategy into operational excellence & execution—supporting with critical data backed insights, driving funnel management & performance, enabling integrated business planning, and aligning cross-functional teams across sales, supply chain, and marketing. You’ll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and partnering with global/region/country stakeholders to accelerate business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Insights & Business Partnering:

  • Lead the development of performance analytics across product portfolios, and market levels to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
  • Deliver executive level dashboards and insights that influence commercial decision-making.
     Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supply chain.

Funnel & Project Leadership:

  • Own Salesforce funnel governance, ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting across conversion, opportunity, and pipeline metrics.
  •  Drive key cross functional initiatives such as SCM allocation planning, performance tracking, and strategic project execution.
  •  Champion continuous improvement in funnel health and commercial effectiveness.

Cross functional & Global Collaboration:

  • Partner with Country Sales Leaders, Commercial Business Leaders (CBLs), SCM, Global Strategy, Commercial Excellence, and TGS to align planning and execution.
  • Serve as a strategic connector between regional execution teams and global leadership, ensuring alignment and accountability.

Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Leadership:

  • Own and represent Business contribution to the IBP process, ensuring accurate demand inputs and alignment with supply planning.
  • Support scenario planning, capacity alignment, and monthly operational reviews in collaboration with global IBP teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experiences

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, commercial operations, sales operations, or business planning roles.
  • Proven track record in leading cross functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial Excellence, including performance management, go to market optimization, and strategic planning.
  • Experience in matrixed, global organizations with exposure to supply chain and integrated business planning.
     Industry background in healthcare, technology, consumer goods, or industrials is highly valued.

Skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and commercial orientation.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data into clear business narratives.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across global, cross functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
