Job Description Summary

As part of our Global Customer Service (GCSi) team, the FSCA Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective execution of Field Safety Corrective Actions across our international platforms, including Infusion, Pyxis, Cato, and ROWA. This role is responsible for coordinating FSCA projects from initial FAC meeting through to closure, supporting regional teams, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and compliant remediation.

We offer flexibility! This position can be filled either full-time or part-time, depending on individual arrangements and needs.

For most roles, we require a minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week to maintain our culture of excellence and ensure smooth operations, while also recognizing the importance of flexibility and work-life balance. Remote or field-based positions will have different workplace arrangements which will be indicated in the job posting.

This position is limited to 3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead FSCA Projects: Coordinate and execute Field Safety Corrective Actions from initial FAC (Field Action Committee) meetings through to full remediation and closure.

  • Enable Regional Execution: Partner with Global Customer Service (GCS) teams across regions to ensure smooth and timely implementation of FSCA activities.

  • Shape Remediation Strategy: Collaborate with platform teams, PMQ (Product Management & Quality), and regional GCS leaders to provide strategic input on remediation plans.

  • Train & Empower Teams: Deliver targeted training to regional GCS teams on FSCA procedures and best practices, where applicable.

  • Provide Ongoing Support: Monitor active FSCAs, intervene when needed, and escalate issues across functions to drive resolution.

  • Support Reporting: Contribute to FSCA-related reporting and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance.

  • Drive Collaboration: Foster strong internal and external relationships to enhance engagement and ensure successful outcomes.

Expectations:

  • Proven experience working in a large, matrixed organization, ideally within the medical device, healthcare, or regulated industry—preferably in roles involving safety, compliance, or customer service operations.

  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage for cross-regional collaboration.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills, including experience with data analysis, reporting, and tools like VLOOKUP and pivot tables to support FSCA tracking and performance metrics.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams, regional leaders, and external partners.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a focus on translating complex safety data into clear, actionable insights.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and driving process improvements in a regulated environment.
