Essential Functions:

• Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance.
• Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data.
• Manage user access and permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
• Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and end-users as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Hands on experience in a Process Mining Tool Like Celonis.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of software development experience; preferred to be in Life Science.

• 2+ Years of experience in Pega PRPC/or any other BPM tools.

• 1+ years of relevant hands-on work experience in Celonis
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring more junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence and develop strong relationships.

Education

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
