Job Summary
The Enterprise Process Mining & Value Architect will be a key driver in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing critical business processes across BD's global operations. This role is responsible for leveraging process mining technologies to uncover inefficiencies, propose data-driven solutions, and articulate the tangible business value generated through process improvement initiatives, ultimately contributing to enhanced operational excellence and strategic advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Discovery & Analysis: Lead the end-to-end process discovery lifecycle using process mining tools Celonis to extract, transform, and analyze event log data from various enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, JDE, Workday).
• Value Identification & Quantification: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical process variations. Develop robust business cases and financial models to quantify the potential value (cost savings, revenue generation, cycle time reduction, compliance improvements) of process optimization opportunities.
• Solution Design & Road mapping: Translate process mining insights into actionable recommendations and design future-state processes. Work with cross-functional teams (IT, Business Units, Operations) to define solution architectures, including automation (Orchestration, RPA, AI), system enhancements and organizational changes.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Present complex process analysis findings and value propositions to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups in a clear, concise and compelling manner. Facilitate workshops and drive consensus on process improvement priorities.
• Platform Management & Best Practices: Contribute to the strategic direction, governance, and expansion of BD's enterprise process mining platform. Develop and promote best practices, methodologies and training materials for process mining and value realization across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement & Monitoring: Establish mechanisms to monitor the impact of implemented process changes, track value realization, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on ongoing process mining analysis.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in process mining, intelligent automation and operational excellence and apply relevant insights to BD's strategic initiatives.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related quantitative field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Experience:
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in process improvement, management consulting, business analysis, or enterprise architecture roles.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with leading process mining platforms in Celonis.
* Proven track record of identifying, quantifying and delivering significant business value through process optimization initiatives.
* Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP (ECC/S/4HANA), JDE, Workday, Salesforce, etc., and understanding of underlying data structures.
* Strong background in financial modeling, business case development, and ROI analysis.

Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in process mining query languages (e.g., PQL for Celonis).
* Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.
* Understanding of RPA, Orchestration, AI and ML concepts and their application in process improvement.
* Familiarity with process modeling notations is desirable.
